Following a rebrand, the Herts Ability needed to be redesigned to reflect the brand. Fire Squared was brought in to design and build the site from scratch. Herts Ability were keen to look at how the website could become an effective tool for booking and managing their breadth of services to drivers wishing to get assessed and get back on the road.
The priority was to move the booking system online to help the team manage assessments. Coupled with that, organisation and management of a large number of assessment related forms was vital for the site's success.

Extensive research was done into the best approach to guide people from information gathering to booking assessments. Due to the assessments having multiple steps, the entire process was mapped out to help both Herts Ability and their clients through the process with minimum friction.
Events and articles are a key part of the marketing strategy, so a filter and search system was devised to enable people to easily find events near to them and suggest articles that would be relevant.
A key requirement was to go paperless. This was achieved by integrating a full booking system with payments that tracked appointments and assessments.
The Herts Ability project has transformed the way assessments are made and help them to scale and grow, including opening new locations.
